Dear Mountainbike Friends!

We are glad to invite you to experience the beautiful landscape of the Pohorje and Kozjak, the two mountain ridges along the Drava River between Dravograd and Maribor, on a mountain bike. Their countryside offers nearly endless possibilities of mountain bike trails in the wild. The trails are in the average between 800-1200 meters above the sea level and are located mostly in the woods. Of course your efforts will be awarded with many breathtaking views.

Maribor as the capital city of Slovenian Styria is an ideal starting point for the numerous bike tours of each performance level. With nearly 100,000 friendly citizens, a beautiful old town and many attractions is the city that you simply have to experience. Our accommodation is situated in a beautiful hostel "Veternica" in Ruše, the smallest town in Slovenia, cca. 15 minutes away from Maribor.

We offer you a perfect opportunity to enjoy mountain biking in the beautiful and undiscovered nature in the accompaniment of experienced bike guides. Especially for you we have selected a 5-days Bike menu.

Terms and Conditions

For an implementation of the Bike Camp at least eight participants are needed. Maximum of 24 participants are allowed. The organizer reserved the right to revise the program because of objective reasons.

With completed application the participant confirms that he/she is in good health and prepared for the physical exertion of the bike tours. The participant undertakes to respect the instructions of the organizers. The participant is permitting the organizer to publish the photo and video materials with reference to the Mountain bike camp 2010 without refund.

The participants are insured against possible accidents. The organizer accepts no liability for misuse or disregard of the instructions. The organizer accepts no liability for the arrival or departure. The organizer accepts no liability for the bikes during the Mountain Bike Camp.

Before and between the bike tours alcoholic beverages or other drugs are strictly prohibited. Alcohol or drug suspects can not take part in a bike tour. In the case of riot or serious rule violation, the organizer may exclude someone from Bike Camp without refund.
